How to Use

Here is how to use the interactive artworks:

  1. Unlock your phone (you don’t need to open the camera).
  2. Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
  3. Ensure that the NFC toggle is "On" in your settings. (May not be applicable for all phones e.g. Iphone)
  4. Bring your phone (the camera area) close to the middle of the artwork. Keep your phone still during the reading process (approx. 1–2 seconds). If you don't see a link after 2 seconds, try moving your phone slightly around the center of the artwork. Depending on your phone model, holding your phone parallel to the artwork or at a slight tilt (around 10° to 20°) should work. Ensure that your phone case is not too thick or made of metal.
  5. You will receive the (NFC) Yáy Atelier link notification.
  6. Tap the link to open the page.
  7. Read your message.

Phone Compatibility:

Our artworks are compatible with all NFC-enabled smartphones. Ensure your device's NFC settings are enabled.

If your phone is not compatible, your artwork includes a QR code on the back. Simply scan the QR code to reveal your message. If your artwork does not have a QR code and you did not receive a digital version via email after your purchase, please contact us at  "info@yay-atelier.com".

Safety and Disclamer:

This product is designed for decorative indoor use only. It contains an integrated NFC tag (Near Field Communication technology). The NFC tag is passive and does not emit radiation or store personal data. It only opens a web link when scanned with a compatible smartphone.

Please note:
Do not bend, fold, or strongly crease the poster, especially in the center area where the NFC tag is located. Keep the poster away from water, humidity, and extreme heat. Avoid placing the poster near strong magnets or electronic devices that generate strong electromagnetic fields. This product is not a toy and is not intended for children.
