1. What is a Multi-Sensory Fashion Experience?

Each YÁY product includes a design, a story, a music composition, and a short video, all connected. The story explains the idea behind the design, the music is created from it, and the video brings the whole concept to life. It's a full experience, not just a product.

2. What is a bandana?

A bandana is a square piece of fabric that can be worn in many ways; around your neck, hair, bag, or wrist. At YÁY, it’s not just an accessory. It’s a wearable piece of art.

3. How to style a bandana?

You can wear it around your neck, in your hair, on your wrist, tied to a bag, or as a top. It’s a versatile accessory; style it your way. For ideas, visit our How to Style.

4. Where are YÁY products made?

Our designs are created in Germany and produced in Türkiye.

5. What are YÁY bandanas made of?

We currently use a premium blend of 30% silk and 70% cotton. 

6. Are your products sustainable?

Yes. We produce in small batches to avoid overproduction. Our focus is on long-lasting quality. Our manufacturers use environment-friendly dyes and chemicals that meet international standards.

7. Are your designs limited edition?

Some designs are limited and will not be restocked. Others are part of our core collection and will be available again.

8. How do I access the music and story?

Each package includes a card with a QR code. Scan it to access the story, music, and visual album. You can also find the links on our homepage under “Music” and “Visual Album.” The music is available on Spotify.

9. Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to European Union (Except Cyprus, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Slovenia). You can find the full list on our Shipping Policy page.

10. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery within the EU takes around 3-5 business days. These are estimated delivery times provided by DHL. Delays may happen due to external factors.

11. What is your return policy?

You can return items within 14 days if they are unused and in their original condition. 

12. How to take care of YÁY bandana?

Do not wash, do not bleach or tumble dry. Iron at low temperature if necessary. We recommend professional dry cleaning only. For more information please visit Care Guide.

13. Can I send a YÁY bandana as a gift?

Yes. You can ship it directly to the person during checkout by entering their address. We do not include price tags in the package. Each gift package includes specially designed wrapping paper, a letter with two cards (each showing a QR code), and one YÁY sticker.

14. How do I return or exchange an item?

15. Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order only if it hasn’t been fulfilled or shipped yet. Please email us as soon as possible. Once your order is fulfilled (packed and prepared for shipment), we can’t cancel it.

16. What is the return policy in case you sent the wrong package?

If we sent the wrong item, please email us within 14 days of receiving it. You’ll need to send the item back, and we will cover the return shipping cost. Once we receive it, we’ll send you the correct item.

17. Can I do COD (Cash on Delivery) for my order?

No. We only accept prepaid orders through the payment options available at checkout.

18. Can I collaborate with Yáy Atelier?

Yes. If you're a creator, influencer, or artist and want to collaborate, email us with your social media links. We’ll get back to you within 3 days.
